Return Policy
Due to safety and legal regulations, we cannot accept returns on any firecracker products once delivered. However, returns may be considered in exceptional cases:
- You received the wrong item(s)
- Products were damaged during transit
- Items are defective or expired
Eligibility for returns:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
- The order was cancelled before shipping, within the cancellation window.
- The product was damaged, and no replacement is available.
Refund timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted. For urgent cancellations, contact our support team immediately.
